My Fitbit died, so I charged it and now it will not turn on. There is nothing on the screen. No green light on the back. Nothing. Now when I put it on the charging dock, there is also no sign that it is even charging (I also know the charging dock is fine because my boyfriend uses the same one with no problem).
After over 24 hours, I would assume it is fully charged. And I have tried to reset it more times than I would like to admit it. Now what?

Didn’t mean to select accepted solution.
Because unfortunately none of that has worked :(.
I’ve tried multiple chargers. The chargers both work for a separate Fitbit, but not mine.
Ive cleaned it with a toothbrush. It’s clean as can be.
My app states that the Fitbit is fully charged, but won’t even sync with the fitbit because I can’t turn it on.
And yes, that is how i have been trying to reset it.
