I was having trouble pairing an old blaze to my phone. I also have a new blaze that I have never used. I placed the new blaze in the charging cradle and instead of the battery indicator I am used to seeing, the new blaze only shows the logo with fitbit.com/setup underneath. I left it on the charger overnight and it still only displays the same thing. I tried setting it up with my phone and it says fitbit can not be found. Please help!

When the devices are not used for long periods of time it destroys the battery. I suspect this is the case
Try to google lithium batteries there might be a fix

I have a replacement Blaze as well and saw the same message on the screen. Adding the Blaze as a new device in the Android Fitbit app kicked off the pairing and FW upgrade.

Where you adding the Blaze to your Fitbit account through the Fitbit app, @Tche2020 ?
A user can not add the Blaze to the phones bluetooth, the Blaze will reject the pairing.
