Blaze will only hold a charge about 10 hours

My blaze will only hold a charge about 10 hours. I work 12 hour shifts and have to charge it before and after work and many times in between. I bought a new charger and this doesn't help either. Any suggestions or input?

Thank you for sharing all this information about the trouble you've been experiencing with the Blaze not holding a charge. The battery can last up to 5 days; because battery life is affected by use and other settings, actual results may vary.

 

Before considering other options, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article: Can I improve my Fitbit device's battery life?

 

It seems that you had already contacted the Support team about this, I've gone ahead and sent your information to the Customer Support team again for further assistance, so you should be getting a reply soon.
