Blaze will only turn on when hooked to the charger

My Fitbit blaze has a black screen and won't even show the logo when in the wrist band. It says it's fully charged when on the charger and on the app and will also fully function when on the charger.

I have the solution:

hold the left button and the right lower button it will reset and the Fitbit logo will appear. I am not sure why the issue occurred. Hope this helps everyone.

Many have tried this tactic..for some it doesn’t work so I figured it’s
faulty.

Hi Jackiecc,
Just asked the retailer about the product and they replied that they will
do an exchange if we go back to the place with the receipt.

This was their reply: Since all the troubleshooting steps has been
exhausted and didn't work and since your Fitbit Blaze is new, we can
provide options for you. It's either you could coordinate with the retailer
where you purchased the Fitbit Blaze so you can get a replacement right
away or we could process a new one for you. But we couldn't promise that
you'll gonna receive it by Sunday. Because it may take 10 - 15 business day
for you to receive it.

Hope that can assist those who are having the same problem currently and i
believe that it is a batch defect that was sold to most of us within this
week.

Hello all, I hope you are doing fine!

I would like to know if you keep having issues with your trackers? If you do, as suggested, please restart them by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Also, take a look at this post to make sure you are correctly charging your devices.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Smiley Happy
