Blaze will turn on while charging but unresponsive as soon as it comes off the charger

So everything seems to work just fine if it’s charging but as soon as I remove it from the charger it looses all power nothing works whatsoever. I got this as a gift a couple of months ago and just took it out of the box a couple of days ago and can’t get it to work at all..

Mine suddenly cut off after a year of use yesterday. They recommend trying to reset it by pressing down the left and bottom right buttons for 10-15 seconds. If this doesn't work, better call them immediately because if it is outside of the warranty at all, they will do nothing to help aside from offering youa 25% discount for a new Fitbit
