Blaze with a cracked screen

After reading on here that Fitbit warrantied their product when the screen cracked I contacted Fitbit to see what they would tell me.  I am completely I unsatisfied with them at this point.  I was told that it did not meet the requirements to be warrantied but I have never been told why not..  I was offered the 25% discount but why in the hell would I buy another Fitbit product when they didn't stand behind the warranty on the other one.  The screen was not hit or damaged by the user but it doesn't matter.. my family of 4 all has Fitbits and after this we will never buy another one. The other Fitbits we have all have issues too, like the screen flashes repeatedly for no reason and some features won't work at times.  I'm done with their products..

Hey @Unhappy1234567, it's great to welcome you.

I am sorry to hear about what happened with your Blaze. For more information about our warranty policy, I recommend clicking here. Now about the 25% discount, if you are interested in taking advantage of it, you can take a look at this page, where you will be able to compare all the Fitbit. Maybe there is one that meet your needs.

I am not interested in you taking advantage of me and your 25% discount.  In the future I will buy apple products.  The want to be customer service advisors really need to learn how to read, comprehend and answer questions instead of just reading from a script.  It amazes me how they can determine if it's under warranty or not just by looking at a picture taken with a phone.  Then to not answer the question that is asked but offer a discount on another product instead of fixing the one I already have.  Emails went back and forth way to many times with the question unanswered.
