Hi All,
I've had my Blaze for just over 2 years now and only in the last couple of weeks have had orange lines running up either side of my blaze screen. It's still there even if I swipe to either side.
Any ideas on what it means? Or how to get rid?

Hi, @Niki27! Never seen it myself, but have you tried restarting your tracker a few times?

If I've ever had proems with my screen, say its frozen or lines as you say, it's be solved by rebooting the device by holding all three buttons at the same time. This doesn't get rid of any data saved on the device and should get rid of any screen problems. Hope this helps 🙂

I have Versa and the orange light started showing up in the back on the left side and recently it’s on both sides. I also can’t change the hour on the alarm or timer. That started happening around the same time. Have you noticed a load of a feature with Orange light?
i contacted FitBit customer service but since it has been 1.5 years, they suggested no explanation or solutions and offered me 25% off if I buy another FitBit. Not happy with customer service at all. Is the product only supposed to work properly for approximately one year only? Not a good return on $125 dollars.
