Blaze won't charge.  Just shows the FitBit symbol. It's been plugged to computer overnight.

Are you still in the process of setting up your Blaze? The screen will not show the charging indicator until the setup process has completed. If you have yet to do so I would assume that the fitbit is charges and proceed with the setup.

 

If the app says it doesn't have enough charge even after all this time then try a different USB power source - such as a wall charger used for phones - for an hour or so before trying the setup again.

 

If you have previously setup the Blaze and this is a new charging issue then I would try restarting your Blaze using this procedure:

That might work. If it doesn't, you can try restarting your Fitbit or unpairing it and pairing it again

I've had my Blaze for almost a year.  I tried the restart and finally it started.  I think the battery was empty and it shut down.  Thank you for your reply.
