Blaze won't charge and overheats

Battery screen now not coming up at all. Won't charge. Can't press reset buttons while in charging cradle. When not in cradle can only get front screen. Either way the reset buttons do nothing. Overheating while trying to charge.

Hi I have a similar problem where my blaze won't charge and will not reset  I have purchased my watch in June 2018 only . Will I be able to send it to be checked?
