Blaze won't charge or reset or turn on

My Blaze had a vibration frenzy when I put it on the charger to charge.  It didn't charge, had a red thermometer and was hot.  I've tried the reset feature several times to no avail.  Won't charge either.

They are sending me a shipping label to return the unit and assure me that they will send a replacement.  Thanks again!
