Hello,
I have had my Fitbit Blaze for a little under a year (10 months). A couple months ago I began experiencing problems getting it to charge on the Fitbit Blaze charging dock. It would take a couple times of taking it on and off the dock to get it to connect and charge. Then after the battery had died I attempted to put in in the charging dock and it would not read it at all. I then attempted to use the factory included charger and it also would not charge. I attempted to plug it into my computer and the wall socket with several different plugs and none of the above attempts worked. Now I have a completely dead Blaze that won't charge and therefore will not turn on.
Before this I was having frequent problems with my Blaze not automatically syncing with my phone (Samsung Galaxy S7). It would occasionally goes days without syncing if I didn't notice it and sync it myself. When I manually synced my Blaze it would sometimes work fine and other times would only say that my sync has been scheduled.
Please help me. I am getting frustrated with Fitbit as this is my 3rd fitbit and all have malfunctioned or physically broke with only normal wear. I am starting to consider different options (Garmin, etc) if these issues can't be resolved.

I need help too, I have had my 10 months and it’s doing the same thing, want charge, want turn on, start acting up about a month ago, help somebofy!!

I need help too! My blaze died yesterday and I plugged it in. I went back two hours later and the screen showed it lit up but not charging past one bar - which was red. I tried tapping the screen but it did not respond. I took the blaze out of the charger unit and the screen turned black.
I kept the blaze plugged in for 24 hours trying to charge, but it still won’t chagre, and still won’t turn on. I purchased the blaze in February 2016. It has been working pretty good, and the only thing strange to ever happen was the heart rate stopped working about two weekends ago and all I did was restart the watch and it was back to normal.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix the battery issues that you are having. I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provide there. After those steps, test your units and let me know if the issue persists.
