Blaze won't charge, won't turn on

I plugged my Fitbit in to charge last night. I put it on this morning and noticed a low battery indicator. The screen went blank while I was at the gym. When I returned I tried charging it again with no success. I've followed all of the help articles for cleaning and restarting it, but I can't even get anything to come up on the screen. However, the green lights on the back are still working.

HELP please!

Make sure the USB charging block is working or the USB port on the computer is working.  Assuming they are, contact Support by clicking on "Help" at the bottpm of this page. Then click on the Blaze icon and the next page will give you a link to contact Support.  You can either call them or send an email.

FYI, Fitbit's Support is excellent.  It is based in the United States.  If you send an email you may have to wait a day or two for a reponse.  If you call, the wait times are normally short.
