Having to call into customer service every three days for help to reset something else before I can get my blaze to charge. 😠 I'm.Not.Happy!

Thanks for sharing your experience and your frustrating with everyone. I will be moving this thread to the Blaze board as I think it is better suited for it.
In regards to the Blaze not charging, if it happens again please try to follow the steps listed in this help article. It should definitely help so that it charges correctly.
My question in this case would be what things have to be reset?
