Blaze won't charge

Unable to charge my Blaze. I've had sporadic, infrequent past issues charging the unit solved by cleaning the contacts on the Blaze and charge cradle. However, nothing seems to work now.

I have: cleaned the contacts (repeatedly), rebooted the unit and changed the USB charging block.

1. Can someone suggest other troubleshooting steps?

I don't have another charge cradle so I can eliminate that as the problem source.

2. I have a multimeter if someone in tech support might tell me what I should expect across the four contacts in the charge cradle.

Thanks

Jeff

Does anyone from Fitbit monitor this thread that might offer some help or a suggestion? Anyone? Please. Even to let me know you're "looking into it".

In my mind, the cradle is the only thing left in the troubleshoot before buying another Fitbit - which is what I'll do IMMEDIATELY once 100% confirmed my watch is dead.

I'd take the watch to a store with a Fitbit display and try another Blaze charge cradle but they're no longer for sale. I figure putting a meter on the cradle is the very last thing to try before I surrender.

Love my Blaze, it gave me 2.5 YEARS of near flawless service under ridiculous conditions (I beat the thing mercilessly, amazed it lasted this long and still looks great). That kind of product quality made me a loyal customer and failure after so long doesn't change that.

I love the information and INSPIRATION a fitness tracker provides - and I don't like being without one.  Please help. Thank you.
