I purchased my Fitbit Blaze through Waterfi.com about 3 or so years ago. It's just a waterproofed Fitbit. It's worked great with no issues. Even in the water. I took it with me while I was living abroad in Australia. A couple months ago, while I was traveling, I plugged it in to charge overnight. When I woke up, it was really hot and was showing a symbol that it was overheating. I unplugged it but it hadn't charged at all, just got really hot. I've tried using both a wall charger and plugging it into my computer. However, it just won't seem to register that it is charger. It seems to turn on while plugged in but still shows the battery as low but it is not charging. I read another forum and saw the reset process. But I was unable to get it to reset. I'm not sure if there is just something wrong with the charger or the device.

Hi @aamc2020, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for all the details that were shared with me, your effort and patience troubleshooting your device before posting are appreciated. Based on the information that was shared in your post, it seems that your Fitbit Blaze's battery was damaged when it overheated while charging. That said and to better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Let me know if you have any additional questions, I'll be here.

That did not help. My device is not wet. It has been used daily since I got it.\When I plug it into the charger it seems to be charging, as the battery icon comes up ... But the minute I take it out of the charging unit the battery goes dead and I can't use my device.
Can these be fixed? What do you think is the problem ?

Hello @RicardoFitbit
My heart rate sensors seem to light up. It has been unresponsive until recently when I plugged it in, the device turned on but wasn't charging.

Hi there,
My Fitbit Blaze is doing the same thing. I tried to hold the same buttons but it didn't work. My watch died on Friday and I didn't receive a notification that the battery was low and it has continued until now. It will not turn on unless plugged in but it also wont charge and then overheats.
Please let me know what i can do.
