Bought new Fitbit blaze to my Samsung s8.
It doesn't work!!!! I can't use it for exerice since it can't connect, never. See picture.
Spare me for the standard fitbit-answer, I have already rebooted watch and phone several times .
This is the most frustrating product ever. All the other watch, Samsung gear , garmin, even the cheap Chinese watch connect at once without problem. This is not good enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe turn bluetooth classic on in the settings? Not sure if that'll fix it but it might help

I have the exact same issue. I have to open the app to get it to sync before I can track anything. Then most of the time within a few minutes its disconnected from my phone and I get no speed/distance reading or the result is absolute nonsense.
Using a Galaxy S7 and have also rebooted, re-installed app, turn BT off and on, reset the fitbit and tried classic off and on. Just seems to be that fitbit is not reliable
