Blaze won't connect to app

Hi,

 

would appreciate it if someone could assist me with the below matter :

 

I've bought my fitbit only a month or so back, and now suddendly as of yesterday it wont connect to my app to sync the data via bluetooth. I've tried all the options in the help articles like reinstalling app, trying to re add the device etc. but nothing works ! Could someone from fitbit provide some clairty.

Have you tried a restart of the Blaze?

And the phone, better yet would be to turn the phone completely off.
