Blaze won’t connect to iPhone SE

My Fitbit Blaze is about 2 year old but will no longer connect to my iPhone SE. I have:

1) deleted Fitbit App and reinstalled

2) switched Blaze off/on numerous times and Reset Blaze.

3) switched phone on/off numerous times

4) switched Bluetooth on/off numerous times.

5) installed latest IOS on phone

6) told phone to forget device then searched again

7) fully charged Blaze

All I get is that phone is ‘looking’ for Blaze.

Any suggestions? Otherwise it’s going in the bin and I will not waste my money on another Fitbit. Thanks.

Welcome to the Community Forums @Dicko4I am sorry to hear that you are going through this situation. I appreciate your efforts in troubleshooting your Blaze prior to contacting us.

To further investigate, may I know if you see an error message on the Fitbit app? Have you made sure to fully charge your device before starting the setup process? Also, is the Fitbit app updated in your phone?

I know you've tried some of these steps, but let's try them in the following order:

1. Remove Blaze from the Bluetooth settings or any other phone you tried to set it up with.
2. Restart your Blaze.
2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
3. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
4. Setup your Blaze as a replacement.

Give this a go and let me know the outcome, I'll be around and glad to further assist you.
