i had my fitbit connect to my iPhone fitbit app
but now its not connected and i can't connect it.
HELP PLEASE....

I'm sorry you're having problems with your tracker not connecting to your iPhone 😕
Have you tried to restart your tracker by any chance? You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. After that, try to get it to sync and see how it goes!

I tried countless troubleshooting actions to resolved a clean install of the app on an iPhone 6 plus with latest iOS and discovered that the current release of the app can't effectively deal with lagging connections and stalls out as you describe. I suggest obtaining access to a high speed internet connection and attempting to login to the app. When I did that I was able to login and sync.

Hi there @rachj. Thanks for trying that out and for getting back.
There's one moore thing that you can try and it's to set up your tracke as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
