Hello @vkmac46 we need a little more info.
Is your Blaze connected to your fitbit account?
At what point of what you are doing does the error obscure occur.?
Are you doing the setup?
Please be aware, we do not pair the Blaze, we setup the Blaze to our fitbit account, then the fitbit app will pair the Blaze.
