This is the second day I am going to lose data as the blaze won't connect to bluetooth! It hasn't been right for awhile. I have tried the turning on and off phone, Bluetooth etc I have also tried unpairing them. Nothing works! This is the second dodgy blaze I have had! 😢

Have you restarted your tracker yet?
When you say unpair, you did this through the phone or computers Bluetooth settings, and not the app or web, correct?
Have looked at the sync troubleshooting guide yet?
Could there be a second device nearby that you have sulynced through?
Now you have mentioned that the Blaze wont connect, but have failed to say what this device it will not connect to.
