Blaze won't connect

My blaze stopped connecting to my phone 2 days ago. And it keeps saying rejected pairing by blaze. I deleted the blaze from my Bluetooth stored list and restarted both devices. Now my phone can't even see the blaze when it scans for nearby devices. I'm at a loss. Please help.

If you have an Android phone, and haven't revoked the Blaze from your account, what happens when you open the app and do async?

Connecting the Blaze to your phone can only be done by the app.

It either says failed sync or can't reach fitbit. Com to sync. And I've
made sure Bluetooth it set to pair on the blaze. But it keeps turning
itself to off without me prompting to do so

Hi there @Brookeeisele. Welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂

 

Please make sure you're setting up your tracker from the Fitbit app and not from your bluetooth devices. If it quit syncing, I'd recommend setting it up again. For this, once you're in the Fitbit app, go to the account section and then choose the option that says "Set up a new device" and follow the on-screen instructions.
