Blaze won't display actual text of messages on My Samsung Galaxy S4

I can get the notifications for calls with I'D of caller. I also get text notifications but device won't show actual text of message.  I have a Galaxy S4. Any answers?

Hey there @Eyegirl01 @SunsetRunner. Great to see you both in the Community Forums! 🙂

 

I'm sorry you're having problems not being able to see the complete messages on your Blaze @Eyegirl01. I'm not really an Android user but at least in my case, I use an iPhone and I have an option to see a preview of the message on the screen of my phone. I have that turned off, so I can only see that I have a new message from someone but if I turn that on, I will be able to see the actual message.

 

Could it be that you have this option disabled on your phone? Try going into your phone settings, then go to the messages settings and try to enable this option if it's disabled and sync your tracker and see how it goes!
