I recently rejoined Premiùm to monitor my sleeping stats, but I continually get the message that my seepng heart rate is too Inconsistent to give a proper report. My query is 'how do l alter the basic heart rate to get a detailed score and restoration graph
I am 87 years young ,but in declining health and sleep stats are very important. Premium charges are very expensive for an OAP and the facility is of little use if I cannot get a proper report regardless of my heart rate.
PLEASE HELP
GERRY

Hello there, young man, @merijac ! (I like your attitude!) The first thing to try would be re-starting your Blaze. Instructions are here. Next, open the Account settings in the Fitbit app and change your sleep setting to “Sensitive.” Read more about it here. You can also read about how to improve the accuracy of your heart rate readings but being careful with how the Blaze is placed on your wrist. Here are some tips:
- Make sure your skin is clean and dry … no hand lotion where the Blaze meets your skin.
- Make sure the Blaze is a finger’s width above your wrist bone and securely tightened. Not tight enough to be restrictive but tight enough for strong, steady contact with your wrist.
You can read more about this here. Hope this helps. Please let us know.
