Blaze won't hold a charge

Over the past week my Fitbit Blaze has more and more frequently lost battery power.  It doesn’t hold a battery charge for a full day now. I’ve made sure the brightness is dim and the auto light up is off. Please help!

Yes!! Thanks for messaging me. I did get my blaze to charge. But it only holds one for 2-3 days. It’s frustrating. It used to be 5-7 days. I love it. Just wish it wouldn’t keep dying

I'm having the same issue. I have cleaned it according to directions. My battery will not even last a full day. I had it in the charger over night. Used it all day yesterday. This morning... It was dead. Not even 24 hours of use. I can't find any information about battery warranty or options.

i am getting less than 48hrs of charging. But according to the app, i have 100% batt charge.

Any other options? Tried the recommended links, but still failed to fix it.

I’m having the same issues with my Fitbit. It started off by not keep omg a full charge. I would have to charge it every other day. This continues for about a month. Now it will not keep a charge longer than a couple of hours. I cleaned it, restarted and charged it over night. This morning it has a full battery. A couple hours later at the doctor office I noticed it was dead. What are the next steps?

If your warranty is over, you can forget about any support from Fitbit.  They told me all the usual things, clean your connections, etc., etc..  After a period of time they said they monitored my usage and low and behold, the battery was going dead.  They just put you off and put you off.  My Fitbit wouldn't even charge at all any more.  So, they said they would give me a 40% discount on a Fitbit Versa Hermion.  That model wasn't on their website.  They said it was hard to find.  If I found one, i could get the discount??!!  They also said that i could get a 25% discount on one of their Fitbits that they did have.  Well, that only applies on their US website.  After the US exchange rate costs, I could buy a Fitbit in Canada for less than their discounted US one.  So I gave up and bought a Garmin Vivoactive 3 Smartwatch.  It does pretty much whatever the Blaze did and more.  Does stairs and it's waterproof (not water resistant), comes preloaded with apps for various sports, you can change the watches appearance if you wish, auto uploads.  7 day runtime if you don't use the GPS.  And all for the same price or less depending on the source.  The Blaze was my third Fitbit.  Issues with them all.  I will never buy another Fitbit.  Lots of better options out there.

I am having the same issue,  it must have been due to some kind of update.

I've had my Blaze for over 3 years and now it won't hold a charge for more than a day... so frustrating! I've tried everything from cleaning the contacts and purchasing a new charger to no avail. The loss of charge has been getting worse and worse over time. At its best it would last for 5 days and then over the past month it would slowly lose its charge from 4 days, to 3 days, to 2 days, and now it barely lasts a 1 day. Even so, the charging time takes hours now!! This might be the end of my Fitbit days 😞

I'm having the same issue.   It just started the past week and I've had my Blaze for a few years too.

I'm having the same issue.  Mine is not quite 3 years old, but it will not hold a charge for even a whole day.  Problem started just this week.  Until now it has held a charge for 4-5 days, so the drop is distinctly noticeable.

I think something went wrong with their last update. All of us seen to have all of a sudden lost our ability to hold a charge..... This isn't normal.
