My app for my Fitbit on my phone says that Fitbit is fully charged but the actual Fitbit device says battery is flat, and flashes red all the time.

Your app will only be able to tell you what the status of the battery during its last sync. How long ago does the app say the last sync was?
I would try charging the Blaze. You may also want to try a restart.

Hi there I have charged both phone and fitbit and synced them after exercise I sync again. fitbit showing needing charged but app says 80% charged. No clue how to fix this.
