Blaze won't hold a charge

My Fitbit blaze will not hold a charge for anymore than 8 hours. My mom has had hers over a year longer and hers last around 5 days. I do not play on it that much or anything. What is wrong?

You can try restarting it: restart

If that doesn't help, it may be time to contact support.

Hi @Mikidance10. Wlecome to the Forums! 😄

The battery on your Blaze should last at least 5 days with a regular usage. If after trying @SunsetRunner's suggestions that doesn't improve, I'd recommend to fully charge your tracker. Once the battery is full, put it back on and use it as you would normally do. Make sure to sync it right after charging it and try to sync it every one or two hours. Once the battery dies, feel free to get in touch with the Support Team and they will be able to review your tracker and see in the logs how the battery was behaving and they will be able to provide further help.
