Blaze won't hold a charge

I purchased my blaze 3/16, lately it isn't holding its charge.  Last time i charged it,  it lasted 2 days.  This recent time it was not even 24 hours.  Am i to think that a $200 product wouldn't last even 2 years?? What do I do?

Hi there @Rosieposie38! Great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry you're having problems with your Blaze not holding a charge for as long as it should 😕

With a regular usage, it should last for at least 5 days and 2 days is not really something you'd want. I can recommend putting it to charge and once it's fully charged, take it off the cradle and put it on. Sync it and use it as you would normally do. Make sure to sync it frequently after this so that the battery levels are recorded on the app logs and once the battery dies, let me know so that I can take a closer look and then we can move forward with other options to get you back on track.

I'll be looking forward for your reply!

Hello,  I've followed instructions.  It's not dying after a few hours,  but only does last a couple days.  I charge for five hours at least.  Please advise

My Blaze is having the same issue. Charged overnight Saturday night, worn all day Sunday and Sunday night, flat as a pancake Monday morning.
