Blaze not holding a charge. No solution from Fitbit support. Cheap company offering 25% for old trackers. Why can’t they update the software. Blaze not 2 years old. They have discontinued the Blaze. What does that tell you. Very poor customer service.

I am sorry to hear that your Blaze isn't holding a charge but it's great to know that you were offered a discount for another Fitbit. If you are interested in using that discount, in this page you will be able to compare them all. Maybe there's one that meet your needs.
Regarding your inquiry, we're always working to streamline our offerings as we introduce new products. Although it has been a very popular product for us, we’ve decided to discontinue selling Blaze on fitbit.com.
