My Fitbit Blaze(less than 2 years old)won’t hold a charge for even 5 mins. I have cleaned everything, reset, tried charging from my laptop to no avail. Very frustrated

Hi, @lancy the blaze was discontinued in 2018; 3 years ago, so while you might've purchased it brand new 2 years ago, it was old merchandise and these batteries are only rated for 2 years, to begin with. Amazingly, many last longer than 2 years and I'm looking at several perfectly working Blazes, but that's not the norm. If it's holding only 5 minutes that's nonfunctional for tracking so your options are replacing it with a new Fitbit, and FB may give you a nice discount towards a new one or replacing the battery itself. I bought a battery replacement for one of my Blaze with a dead battery like yours for only $6 on Amazon earlier this week.
