Blaze won't hold charge or read heart beat

I have had my Blaze for almost two years with no problems. Now it will only hald a charge for less than a day, and it won't read my heartbeat anymore. Please HELP!!!

Any chance you can see moisture in the heart rate sensor?  The plastic membrane over my sensors has a hairline crack that allows sweat into the sensor area...  and creates your exact symptoms.  

 

I let it dry out, put it on the charger for a couple days, (more heat and drying?) I put scotch tape over the sensor crack, and it’s gone back to normal.  If water sealing a watch with scotch tape is normal...

Contact FitBit support, I just sent my blaze back for the heart rate not working, as the other replies indicate it can be because of moisture.
