Blaze won’t let me tap on anything in apps

My Fitbit blaze is not allowing me to log anything in the app. I can pull down screen and re sync but it won’t allow me to log water, exercise or even look at my sleep score. Anyone know why? 

I have tried restarting the app/phone but nothing works
