Blaze won't pair, Bluetooth keeps going to 'off' on tracker

My Blaze won't pair. The Bluetooth keeps going to 'off' on the tracker on its own. I tried reinstalling the app, turning tracker off, unpaired my surge...doesn't work...help please

@Monia5 are you trying to pair your tracker to control music, or to sync? 

The Bluetooth off/on that's on the tracker will only be for the music control, and will have affect on the syncing of the Fitbit data. 

 

When you say it won't pair, which BT are you trying to pair, Bluetooth or Bluetooth clasaic? 

Are you using the app or the phone BT settings screen.

I'm trying to sync it with my Samsung S6. The Blaze only has the classic option on the screen. I'm using the fitbit app

Allow me to help you @Monia5! If you're trying to set up your Blaze to your Android then follow this procedure. If your tracker is already set  up in your account but it's not syncing then follow these syncing steps
