Blaze won’t play music

Each time I go to the music player on my Blaze, it says “Loading Music” then “No Music”

There is music on my phone, my Blaze is fully synchronised to my phone, and my Blaze is Bluetooth connected to my phone.

All help I’ve found just explains how to Bluetooth connect the Blaze to the phone.

I think I can give you a hand with this.

 

This happens to me when I've closed whatever music app I'm using. In order for it to work, open up the music app that you'll be using on your phone, start playing the music from there and from that point, you will be able to control it all from your Blaze.

Yeah, that worked, but if a £100+ watch can control the music on the phone it’s synced to, surely it should be able to start music playing too?

I tried this but my Blaze still isn't allowing me to control or listen to my music. It's definitely connected, I'm recieving notifications. What else can I do?

This doesn’t work for me either. The help docs talk about pairing Blaze classic which is not an option on the tracker anymore.
