I just bought a Blaze and it works fine in the charging unit but it is completely dead out of it. After reading several posts, I decided to contact customer service first thing. The CS rep was very professional but the solution is not customer friendly. They will send me a label in the mail in order to send the unit back, after they receive it in their warehouse they will send a replacement. While that makes sense it will take an additional 5-7 days to get a replacement. I decided I am better off returning it through Amazon and then deciding if it is worth buying another or going another route altogether. 2 week vs. 2 days. Not a good policy to keep customers. Not sure which direction to go but will soon.

Not an unusual policy. They could be like Google and ship you a new one after charging your credit card and then voiding the charge after they receive the old unit but people complain about that as well. Amazon will not credit your account until they receive the merchandise either.
