Blaze won't power up without charger case

Heya,

I've had this brand new blaze for about a year now.

I've never used it as it wasn't compatible with a pixel 2 XL, but now I've upgraded to a pixel 4 XL.

The blaze doesn't turn on without the charger case and I've manage to set it while it's in the charge case.

Any advice ?

Same problem for me after buying one used that had been sitting for a while. Looking forward to seeing what to do.

Hi there @Johntriedit and @Sdallas44, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the late response. Thanks for the details provided about your Blaze's behavior.

I'd recommend to restart your Blaze by following the steps below:

  1. Press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

After the restart, please charge your Blaze trackers for at least 1 hour. Then, remove it from the charger and see if the tracker responds as it should.

Give this a go and let me know the outcome.
