I got my Blaze about 2 years ago and 2 weeks ago I noticed just one of the green lights was working and then last week the one working light just stayed on most of the time and flashed when it felt like it - which affected heart rate and flattened the battery every 4 - 12 hours. I tried re-starting it and synchronising it but with little success. Then this morning tried to charge it and the device just got hot and showed a sign to show that it was hot. The phone has now died. Is this the expected life span of the watch. I've used it daily since I got it. Thank you

I got disconnected from the Support team so not sure if they will be in touch. There is nothing in my in box. Should I try and contact them again as Blaze is not charging - just getting hot. One minute shows it is charging and then it shows battery is flat - all within a minute.

Best AnswerMy Blaze has experienced similar issues. The Blaze is a replacement to the ChargeHR that was also having issues. I am considering switching to another device brand - Garmin or Apple.
Any help on how to get it woke from the dead would be appreciated.
Best AnswerSorry can’t offer any advice. My Blaze never turned back on, completely dead. I’ve moved on to a Versa now, hopefully this fairs better. Good luck
