My Blaze won't return to the previous view when the left button is pushed, nor will it reset. I've checked that the button is being depressed-it is! Any ideas of what else I can try? Thanks for your help

I had a similar problem last fall. In my case, some internal piece was stuck so that it would be hyper-sensitive to contact with the left button. Later on, it changed to being very difficult to press the left button at all (I could press the button, but the contacts on the inside weren't registering it). Eventually, the button stopped working completely, which means I can no longer go into sub-modules (such as Today, exercise tracker, or alarms) because they require pressing the left button to exit out.
I doubt there's an actual "fix" because devices like these weren't really built to be repaired.

Have you tried restarting the Blaze through its settings / help? This can be done without pressing any buttons.
