Blaze won't setup on any phone

I was using my Fitbit blaze for quite a sometime now. But from the time I have reached America I tried reconnecting my blaze to phone it didn't connect so uninstall the app on device and install it again and tried the setup. No luck at all. Tried on a different phone didn't work. Please get my blaze working.

Thanks for letting me know about your Blaze behavior, as well for your efforts in trying some steps to get your device to sync. You did a great job!

 

There are some factors that may prevent your device from connecting. To further investigate, let me know the model of the phones you've used to sync your device. In the meantime, I'd suggest to try the following steps making sure there aren't other devices with the Bluetooth enabled, such as computers or phones:

 

1. Remove the Blaze from the Bluetooth settings.

2. Turn off the Bluetooth in your phone.

3. Close the Fitbit app and reboot your phone by powering it off and back on.

4. Restart your Blaze.

5. Turn on the Bluetooth in your phone and open the Fitbit app.

6. Then try setting up your device one more time.
