Blaze won't show notifications anymore

Hi, I've tried all troubleshooting issues, and went even further as to rebooting the blaze itself to factory settings. But once I get my blaze connected to my phone through classic it will not show any notifications I selected. And even worse my calls when I rarely get notified on my Fitbit shoe unknown caller, even if it's a saved contact.  Help

I am having the same issue and I can't keep the Bluetooth connected. I have reset the watch, deleted the app, "forgotten" the Bluetooth connections and reconnected everything. It still doesn't work. Thinking I will be looking for a different brand of tracker.

Same here, but I'm thinking this is there way of having us up grade to the newest watch.  I will go to the samsung watch before I purchase another Fitbit. I love my blaze  so I hope they fix the problem.

I love my Blaze!!! I had this product for a long time. Personally it does everything I like. My next purchase will be an Apple Watch since I have an Iphone XS Max. Fitbit never take this long to fix any issues.

I was having the same issues with my Samsung S5.

Solution for me was to turn off Bluetooth Classic on the Blaze and unpair that from the phone only having the standard Bluetooth pairing with the Blaze. That sped up sync and call notifications.

Message notifications were fixed by unselecting message notifications and adding them to the App notifications list.

I have an Iphone XS Max. I'm did everything still and still not receiving my notification.
