My blaze won't sinc and tried to reboot, sinc and relink and checked settings. Still nothing is working.

Do you have Bluetooth Classic mode enabled on the tracker?
Are Blaze and Blaze (Classic) listed as paired devices on your 'phone (assuming you're trying to sync with a smartphone)?
