I'm Carleen, I don't know if anyone else if having this issue, but when I first got my fit bit blaze I was so excited, it worked perfectly. My battery would last an average of 6 to 8 days with all my settings/notifications on and it would sync with my phone automatically. I have tried all of the "trouble shooting tips" and nothing seems to work. I'm lucky if I even get a full 24 hours out of my fit bit battery life now and I can't get it to sync at all. The last time it has synced with my phone successfully was December 30th. It's January 10th now. So I can't even do the "sync your fit bit after charging to document how long the battery actually lasts" before calling customer service, because it will not sync. I am so disappointed and frustrated. I got the fit but November 29th fir my birthday, it work great for 2 and a half to 3 weeks and I have had issues ever since. WHAT CAN I DO? and please don't throw more trouble shooting tips at me because I promise I have tried every single one I've found on here.

Then Do a Restart do this 3 times
