Thanks for replying. No thanks for repeating what I spent hours reading hundreds of the same comment. Please pass this on to your leadership and training team... it makes us feel as if you are patronizing us when we have obviously read many of the same comment to other users who are experiencing the same problem. I realize that you have a job to do and part of that job is repetitive, but when we have obviously put a lot of time into researching and solving the issue ourselves, repeatedly handing out the same comment for 6 weeks doesn’t give us much faith or trust in your team finding a real solution.

I'm having the same issue as well. And I've only had the watch for 5 months.

Absolute garbage, had mine for one year and it won't hold a charge for an hour. Wasted all that money and they will only provide a weak discount if I want to buy another. Such bs. DO NOT BUY A FITBIT!

@LiliyaFitbit I've tried all the suggestions that I have found. From restarting the tracker to cleaning the back of it. I have a Galaxy J7 V but I don't see why that would make a difference.

Same issue with my blaze. Have charged it past two days and already blinking low battery shortly after I wake up next day.

Same thing here. Looks like there was an issue with lastest update. Mine won't hold battery life for even an hour.

Now my screen is black won’t come on and green lights are flashing constantly. Won’t come on when I put it in charger.

Um, yeah...no..... nothing has worked. The recent update made is the reason we're all having issues! Admit the fault and create a fix! No excuses!

I fully agree! A 25% discount offered does nothing for me when it has affected so many! They should see it's so many users, no just a "warranty expired, go buy another one". It's BS! Fixed the **ahem** issue and keep customers happy. Looks like a lot of may be going elsewhere!!!!!

I am having the same issue with my Blaze battery dying. Purchase date 2/12/2018 so JUST out of warranty.  Battery has been declining but lately has been VERY short.

I read all the suggestions here and have:

  • Ensured up to date version
  • Cleaned blaze and charger contacts with alcohol and let dry before charging (original fitbit charger)
  • Turned off ALL features except step counter
  • Turned off Blaze
  • Charged fully (over 2 hours) in original charger connected via USB

Battery only lasted 3 hours.

Those are all the steps I've seen suggested here.

What next?
