Blaze won't stay on when added to wristband.

I just got my Fitbit Blaze yesterday. It was working fine until about 1100am eastern time. It won't turn on unles I add it to the charging station. It had a full battery. When I try to connect it into the wrist band it turns off and doesn't turn back on. I was really excited to get this Fitbit. Please me fix this. I've tried a hard restart twice and a shutdown.

Wuhan you plugged it back into its charger, did it say the battery was dead. This is just more info you can add when http://contact.fitbit.com

No it does not say dead battery. It doesn't say anything. Just a black screen.

So your saying yhat putting it in the battery case, plugging it in, the Fitbit doesnt respond? Rhetorical  question, dont bother answering.

When you contacted Fitbiy, what did they say?
