On Friday, my Fitbit Blaze randomly started vibrating, without any obvious cause. It stopped vibrating after a few minutes, and then started again and kept going for a few hours until the battery finally died. Shutting off the unit did NOT fix the problem--even when I had shut it down, it continued to vibrate. This morning I charged it and before it reached full charge, it started vibrating again, and now it is still constantly vibrating on my desk.
Has anyone else encountered this problem, and does anyone know a fix?

I am having the same problem, it's been napping for about a month. I have tried resetting my track by pushing the back button and the bottom right button at the same time . This does not work because the back button is no longer working, the tracker vibrates over and over until the battery dies. Even when I go to settings and shut it down, the tracker turns itself on and starts the process over until the battery dies. Before the tracker vibrates there is a white glow on the screen in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. It's very frustrating to say the least, this is my 3rd fitbit tracker that I've owned .

Mine started today (purchaed in Sep 2017), the only change I made was disabling my alarm as I'm on leave, not long after it started vibrating. I've tried all the suggestions here and nothing has worked.
It just wont stop vibrating and now I can't turn it on.

That's what mine was doing. Vibrating while turned off, and I couldn't turn it on again.
Taking it back to the store today to see about a replacement.

Did not work for me. The unit is in the charger vibrating. As much as I enjoyed the four whole days I had it before this vibration issue, I don’t see me having repeat episodes. The unit is vibrating in the charger! Lucky for me the store I bought it from allows returns for thirty days after purchase!!

Spoke with FITBIT tech support this evening. Got through quite quickly. The tech determined my tracker is faulty and they are replacing it.

My blaze has started to vibrate and won't stop. Black screen. Tried to reset getting a flat battery. Put back in charging port and it starts vibrating again. Still black screen. Reset doesn't work. Has anybody came up with a suggestion?
Thanks

No even though someone marked this solved.... it was left unresolved and we actually bought a new one. If we have same problem again we are moving to apple because of the lack of help we received from customer support

The exact same thing happened to me. First it would vibrate for a few seconds at random times, then one night it vibrated until the battery was drained. I recharged it and it seem to work for a couple of days and then the same process started again. Finally last night it started vibrating and then the watch died. Nothing I did could get it to start up again. I had already ordered a new Blaze from Amazon since I thought that the watch was dying and so my new one showed up the same day the old one died. I stuck with the Blaze because it was a very good watch for 2 1/2 years and I have a lot of chargers and bands for it so I didn't want to go to one of Fitbits new watches. Don't understand why Fitbit discontinued the Blaze. No problems setting the new one up and everything is working as it should.
Not being an expert, my guess is that this vibration problem is an indication that the watch is not going to work much longer. Total time between the first vibration issue and total failure was less than 2 weeks.
I did pay for a 3 year extended warranty from Amazon on the new watch since it was only $18 and the Blaze was $180 so the total was less than what I paid for my initial Blaze. I don't think some users understand that these fitness watches do not last forever like wind-up regular watches. Just like any electronic device they all fail at some point.

I did this reset and it doesn’t work. The dark screen goes slightly lighter for a second and then dark again. Still vibrating like mad.
