My Fitbit won't go off the main screen. When I try to scroll left it won't go to any other screen. I can't shut it down since I can't get to the screen. Any advice?

Hi, I have a similar issue. But mine is turning off alone after showing the initialize display. When I put it to charge it keeps with no reaction and I can hear stranger noises from the charger. I have already reseted my Blaze, but it still with the same issue. Do you know something more could I do? I am worried because I live in Brazil and here it seems not having technical assistance and I'm using this tracker for only 2 months.

I have the same issue, my Blaze won't swipe. I tried restarting my phone. Is that what you are talking able when you say restart your device? If you are talking about restarting the Blaze, how do I do that?
