Blaze won’t swipe

Blaze won’t swipe, it is stuck on notifications and can’t turn it off.

It's great to welcome you @Nanabon.

 

Have you tried to restart your Blaze? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

I have hard reset my Fitbit but it does not swipe screens anymore.

Every Fitbit I have Owned, I have Had a year and then troubles with them. Wish that wasn’t the case and they were built more to last for everyday use. I definitely don’t abuse them or anything, they just don’t hold up that great. 

 

Customer service ice has replaced several, but same results.  Good luck with yours
