Blaze won't sync. Sync dialog box says to plug in dongle

I can't get my Blaze to sync since the last update. The dialog box says to plug in a dongle. My charger is plugged in. I re-paired with Bluetooth and I have rebooted the Blaze 3 times. I tried reinstalling the app software. Nothing is working. It seems like I have problems every time there is a new update.

I have the exact same problem. Hope someone can help. The Phone cannot connect to Fitbit even though it sends the code.

@summerc im assuming that you have the Win 10 app running, have you restarted your computer since the update.  I would pull the charger out until the computer reboots Was it an app update or a Blaze update?

 

@TinaIsen as for your phone,  if the Blaze is allready setup the phone doesn't need to send a code.

 

With the Win 10 app the Bkaze should be able to sync through the charging cable, tracker inserted and plugged into the computer.
