Blaze won't sync and gets no texts or notifications

My phone is compatible and everything used to work just fine. Been busy for a couple weeks so haven't used the app much, but realized wasn't getting text notifications. Now realize won't sync either. Have uninstalled/reinstalled, turned bluetooth on/off, location on/off, etc. Done everything in the trouble shooting. Please help, not worth it just to have it as a step tracker with only a display on my wrist.

Welcome to the Community Forums @bbrown321! Thanks for sharing issues you are having syncing and not receiving notifications from your mobile device. I appreciate the details and all the troubleshooting you did before. Note that if your Fitbit is not syncing, it won't receive notifications either. I recommend you to follow the steps on the article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? if this doesn't help please try setting up your tracker as a new device
