Hi,
had my Blaze about 2 weeks now but have started experiencing loads of issues. From the tracker constantly requiring a pin despite being connected to my wrist, to it tacking several attempts to sync.
i tried all the solutions on the forum, including having my phone forget this Bluetooth device and setting it up as a new Fitbit. Now I cannot even get it to Connet to my phone or any phone anymore. Have tried restarting the tracker and other things but nothing works.
would return it but it was a birthday gift from my father.
Help!
